JOB OVERVIEW
As a Client Service Associate at Flagstone Financial Management, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our clients. This role calls for an enthusiastic individual with strong communication skills to effectively address client requests and deliver exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will actively assist the client service and advisory teams with daily tasks and projects, demonstrating a high level of independence, sound judgment, and meticulous attention to detail. Strong time management and organizational skills are crucial for effectively prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.

KEY responsibilities
Client Engagement
- Welcome clients and assist with account opening, transfers, and maintenance.
- Process transactions and prepare reports.
- Anticipate and address client needs or concerns to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain organized office files in line with compliance requirements.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and client events.
Advisory Support
- Prepare materials for client meetings.
- Facilitate client onboarding for financial planning and investment services.
- Support back-office projects for advisory teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience and Education
- 1-3 years of experience in an office/professional setting focusing on client service or operations.
- Familiarity with financial services is a plus.
- Series 65 license preferred (or must be obtained within 6 months of hire).
Skills and Attributes
- Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and proactively solve problems.
- Skilled in utilizing various technology platforms and software applications.
- High integrity in handling confidential information.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance is a plus.
